Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Private Lessons Each private lesson is 1 hour long. Payment All lessons must be paid in full at least 1 week before the scheduled lesson date. A booking is only confirmed once the payment has been received. If payment is not received on time, the lesson time may be released and offered to another student. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 24 hours before the lesson, the lesson fee is non-refundable. Missed lessons, late cancellations, or no-shows are also non-refundable. Late Arrival If the student arrives late, the lesson will still finish at the originally scheduled time. The missed time cannot be added to the end of the lesson or refunded. If the teacher is late, the lost time will either be added to the lesson or compensated by agreement. Online Lessons For online lessons, the student is responsible for having a stable internet connection, a suitable device, and the required materials ready before the lesson starts. If technical issues on the student’s side prevent the lesson from taking place, the lesson is considered missed and is non-refundable. If technical issues on the teacher’s side prevent the lesson from taking place, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Materials Students are responsible for having the necessary materials ready for the lesson, unless otherwise agreed in advance. A materials list may be provided before the lesson when needed. Lesson Content Lessons are adapted to the student’s level, goals, and progress. The teacher will provide guidance, demonstrations, and feedback during the lesson. Results may vary depending on the student’s experience, practice time, and individual learning process. Teacher Cancellations If the teacher needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, the student will be offered a new lesson time. If no suitable alternative can be found, the student will receive a full refund for that lesson. Agreement By booking a lesson, the student agrees to this booking policy.
