General Terms and Conditions for Online Art Lessons
1. Welcome to André Rios Art.
These terms and conditions explain your participation in online art lessons provided by André Rios Art. By booking and attending a lesson, you agree with these terms.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All lessons must be booked in advance through Whatsapp or email.
2.2. Payment must be completed at least 24 hours before the lesson begins. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of booking.
2.3. Prices for lessons are subject to change, but any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Cancellations made by the student at least 24 hours before the lesson will be eligible for rescheduling.
3.2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson.
3.3. If a student purchases a lesson pack and decides to quit halfway, no refunds will be issued for the remaining lessons.
4. Lesson Format and Requirements
4.1. Lessons will be conducted via an online platform (Zoom).
4.2. Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and having the necessary art materials.
4.3. Technical issues on the student’s end (e.g., internet disruptions) will not be grounds for refunds or rescheduling.
4.4. If technical issues arise from André Rios Art's side, the lesson may be rescheduled at no extra cost to the student.
5. Conduct and Participation
5.1. Students are expected to engage respectfully during lessons.
5.2. Any form of disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the lesson without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Lesson materials, including video recordings, images, and resources, remain the intellectual property of André Rios Art.
6.2. Students may not distribute, record, or reproduce lesson content without prior written permission.
7. Liability
7.1. If technical issues arise that are beyond the control of either party (e.g., platform failures, widespread internet outages), André Rios Art may offer a reasonable solution, such as rescheduling the lesson at no extra cost.
7.2. Art lessons are for educational purposes only, and André Rios Art is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred as a result of participation.
8. Privacy
8.1. Personal information provided by students will be handled in accordance with data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8.2. Lessons may be recorded for quality and reference purposes, but recordings will not be shared publicly without prior agreement.
9. Amendments
9.1. André Rios Art reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the official website and will apply to future bookings. Current students will be informed about the change by email or WhatsApp message.
