Damaged content

Like any shipping by carrier accidents can occur.
If something happens please contact me directly.



In case you receive your order with frame damage (scratches, broken glass, etc ...)


You will be returned the amount you paid for it, or if you prefer, a new frame will be sent to you for replacement.


For this, you only have to send the photos of the damaged product when you open the packaging, within a maximum of 3 days after receipt.



In the case of receiving your order with damage to the frame and painting.


In this case send the photos of the damaged product at the time you open the packaging, within a maximum of 3 days after delivery.
You will have the choice of a full refund of the amount you paid or receive a new painting at no cost.

After 3 days of the order's delivery, I am not responsible for any damage to the frame or painting, but I will always be available to advise the customer in case the painting gets damaged.


It is recommended to carefully read the care and conservation guide sent to you with the work.
